现代慈善文化的价值建构具有内在逻辑。从“熟人社会”向“陌生人社会”转型过程中，传统慈善伦理正面临着前所未有的挑战。市场心理错位与慈善制度的扭曲、法治社会的缺位与法治思维的淡化以及传统伦理因素的制约与慈善伦理现代性的缺失，是当前慈善活动异化的文化认识论根源。法治思维与慈善伦理的契合将是当代慈善文化价值取向重构的基本选择。

The value construction of modern charitable culture has the intrinsic logic. In the process of the transformation from acquaintances＇ society to strangers＇society, unprecedented challenges face traditional charity ethics. The culture ideology roots of contemporary charitable activity alienation lie in the dislocation of market psychology ~ the distortion of charity system, the absence of the rule-of-law society and the desalination of the rule of law thinking, and the re- striction of traditional ethical factors ＇ a lack of modernity of charity ethics. The correspondence between the rule of law thinking and charity ethics is the basic choice of rebuilding value orienta- tion of contemporary charity culture.
