为了充分发挥在线社会网络在突发事件应急信息共享的巨大优势,基于系统动力学相关理论,通过文献及对比分析,建立面向在线社会网络的应急信息共享的动力学模型,使用仿真分析揭示各个因素相互作用的规律。研究结果表明,在线社会网络应急信息共享水平受政府信息透明度、网民参与性和网络舆情3个因素的共同影响;最后基于仿真结果进行策略设计,为应急管理部门充分利用在线社会网络开展应急信息共享提供决策思路。

In order to use the immense advantage of online social networks in emergency responso, through analysis of the literature and comparison, the dynamics model of emergency information sharing oriented online social network was established based on system dynamics theory to reveal the interaction of the various factors in the way of the simulation. The results showed that, the emergency infornmtion sharing is directly influenced by the transparency level of the government information, the pa~ici- pation of the internet users and the public opinion online. Then the strategy was designed based on the simulation results, which would help the emergency managers make the decision with the online social networks.
