基于教育质量评价的内部增值观,通过随机抽样,以内蒙古财经大学为例,对1541名学生进行了问卷调查,调查内容涵盖反映本科教育质量的七大教育环节诊断指标——课程教育认知目标、课程要求的严格程度、课程学习行为、课程外拓展性学习行为、向学/厌学、教育收获、在校满意度。调查结果显示学生学习动力不足、课程及课堂教学质量亟待进一步提高,而不断激发学生内在的成就动机、激发教学管理者和任课教师的责任感是解决这些问题的根本途径。

Based on Internal value - added concept of quality of education, this paper conducts the questionnaire survey on 1541 students in Inner Mongolian University of Finance and Economics by random sampling. The survey covers seven diagnosis indexes that reflects the undergraduate education quality as follows:Course Cognitive Objective, stringency of course requirements, course learning behavior, expanding learning behavior about course outside,active learning or disgusted learning,self - reported education gains and the satisfaction of the school. The survey results show that students lack of learning motivation, the curriculum and classroom teaching quality needs to be further improved. Arousing the students'achievement motivation and stimulating the internal sense of responsibili- ty of teaching administrators and teachers are the basic ways to solve these problems.
