以企业为办学主体的民办高职院校,其人才培养模式具有一定优势;但也存在诸多不足。应以《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》颁布为发展契机,进行人才培养模式创新。通过构建多主体参与的人才培养模式、建立多层次动态化的项目课程体系、进行多样化的人才培养过程设计、构建多元化人才培养质量评价机制等举措,进一步提高人才培养质量。

Taking enterprises as the main body in running local higher vocational colleges, its personnel training mode has certain advantages; but it also has disadvantages in many aspects. China should speed up the development of modem vocational education in the countries for the development of an opportunity to talented personnel training mode innovation. To improve the quality of personnel training, we can build more subjects to participate in the talent training mode, establish a multi-level dynamic project curriculum system, diversified personnel training process design, measures such as building diversified personnel training quality evaluation mechanism.
