古代邸报的发行体系承载着邸报传播的最后环节,也是邸报价值能否有效实现的关键所在。长期以来,关于清代邸报的发行抄传研究十分有限,诸多问题并没有彻底厘清。清代邸报的发行主要有两大系统组成,即驿传系统和提塘发行。驿传包括中央和地方两级机制;提塘发行为清代邸报最有特色的发行模式,它包括京塘和省塘两个层级。两者共同组成清代邸报的发行网络。
古代邸報的髮行體繫承載著邸報傳播的最後環節,也是邸報價值能否有效實現的關鍵所在。長期以來,關于清代邸報的髮行抄傳研究十分有限,諸多問題併沒有徹底釐清。清代邸報的髮行主要有兩大繫統組成,即驛傳繫統和提塘髮行。驛傳包括中央和地方兩級機製;提塘髮行為清代邸報最有特色的髮行模式,它包括京塘和省塘兩箇層級。兩者共同組成清代邸報的髮行網絡。

The distribution system plays the last part in Dibao＇ s propagation, and it is also the key to the effective realization of the value of Dibao. For a long time, research on Dibao＇ s distribution system is very limited and many problems are not completely clear. The is article thinks that distribution system of Dibao is composed of two major systems, namely the post system and Titang issue. The post includes two mechanisms centrallevel and local level;the Titang issue institution is the most characteristic feature for the Qing Dynasty Government Gazette, including the Jingtang and Shengtang, which constitutes the distribution network in the Qing Dynasty.
