顶岗实习教学项目是在学生顶岗实习期间,由各专业依据学生实习岗位的性质、工作特点,结合专业学习内容设计的3-5个学习任务。学习任务的完成需要校企合作、工学结合,切实解决顶岗实习中存在的问题,提高人才培养质量。顶岗实习教学项目设计和实施必须始终坚持校企合作,坚持工学结合,把教学内容与工作内容、项目指导与工作指导、项目考核与工作考核、项目激励与工作激励相融合。
頂崗實習教學項目是在學生頂崗實習期間,由各專業依據學生實習崗位的性質、工作特點,結閤專業學習內容設計的3-5箇學習任務。學習任務的完成需要校企閤作、工學結閤,切實解決頂崗實習中存在的問題,提高人纔培養質量。頂崗實習教學項目設計和實施必鬚始終堅持校企閤作,堅持工學結閤,把教學內容與工作內容、項目指導與工作指導、項目攷覈與工作攷覈、項目激勵與工作激勵相融閤。
정강실습교학항목시재학생정강실습기간,유각전업의거학생실습강위적성질、공작특점,결합전업학습내용설계적3-5개학습임무。학습임무적완성수요교기합작、공학결합,절실해결정강실습중존재적문제,제고인재배양질량。정강실습교학항목설계화실시필수시종견지교기합작,견지공학결합,파교학내용여공작내용、항목지도여공작지도、항목고핵여공작고핵、항목격려여공작격려상융합。
During the in-post teaching practice, every student is given 3-5 working assignments accord- ing to the nature of his post and features of his work. The task is committed to the school-business cooperation, combination of working and learning and trouble-shootings. An empirical investigation is done in the Hebei Youth Leadership College, and the result shows the designing of the in-post teaching practice should be performed through school-business cooperation, working and learning combination, proper assessment and enthusiasm.
