本文采用面板变系数模型研究了不同地区自主研发投入对高技术产业创新的贡献;采用地区和时间面板门槛回归模型研究了自主研发投入的门槛效应。结果表明,自主研发投入存在明显的地区门槛效应;自主研发投入时间门槛效应明显,其弹性系数逐年提高;引进技术、购买国内技术、更新改造、研发人员全时当量的绩效总体不高,反映出中国高技术产业引进技术二次开发水平不高、更新改造层次较低等问题。
本文採用麵闆變繫數模型研究瞭不同地區自主研髮投入對高技術產業創新的貢獻;採用地區和時間麵闆門檻迴歸模型研究瞭自主研髮投入的門檻效應。結果錶明,自主研髮投入存在明顯的地區門檻效應;自主研髮投入時間門檻效應明顯,其彈性繫數逐年提高;引進技術、購買國內技術、更新改造、研髮人員全時噹量的績效總體不高,反映齣中國高技術產業引進技術二次開髮水平不高、更新改造層次較低等問題。

Based on the panel data of high-tech industry in China, the paper used panel varying coefficient model to study the innovation's contribution of independent R&D investment to high-tech industry in different regions, and used regional and time panel threshold regression model to study the threshold effects of independent R&D investment. The results show that: there are significant re- gional threshold effects for independent R&D investment ; the time threshold effect of independent R&D investment is obvious too, and its elasticity modulus has gradually increased; the effect and efficiency of full-time and equivalent of introduction technology, the purchase of domestic technology, renovation and R&D personnel are not high overall, which reflects those problems that the secondary development level of China's high-tech industry introduce technology is not high and the level of update and transformation is low, and so on.
