本文基于中国大学主导型产业技术研究院的建设实践，从跨组织知识集成的整体视阈，设计了大学主导型产业技术研究院的跨组织集成化社会服务网络模式；构建了跨组织集成化社会服务网络的运行机制；提出了跨组织集成化社会服务网络发展过程中需要解决的一些关键问题及建议，旨在为中国大学主导型产业技术研究院的建设提供借鉴与参考。
本文基于中國大學主導型產業技術研究院的建設實踐，從跨組織知識集成的整體視閾，設計瞭大學主導型產業技術研究院的跨組織集成化社會服務網絡模式；構建瞭跨組織集成化社會服務網絡的運行機製；提齣瞭跨組織集成化社會服務網絡髮展過程中需要解決的一些關鍵問題及建議，旨在為中國大學主導型產業技術研究院的建設提供藉鑒與參攷。
본문기우중국대학주도형산업기술연구원적건설실천，종과조직지식집성적정체시역，설계료대학주도형산업기술연구원적과조직집성화사회복무망락모식；구건료과조직집성화사회복무망락적운행궤제；제출료과조직집성화사회복무망락발전과정중수요해결적일사관건문제급건의，지재위중국대학주도형산업기술연구원적건설제공차감여삼고。
In the paper, based the practice of university-led industrial technology research institutes in China, from the overall view of cross-organizational knowledge integration, a network-based model for university-led industrial technology research institutes is designed, and its operational mechanism is constructed. Finally, some proposals for key problems concerned are given. The proposed mode can provide references for the construction of university-led industrial technology research institutes in China
