区域创新平台旨在整合区域创新资源为企业创新提供服务支持。鉴于当前平台服务功能设计忽视其服务对象——企业实际需求的研究，本文在揭示企业创新实质的基础上，确定企业创新资源种类，结合生命周期理论，确定处于不同阶段企业的创新资源拥有与需求情况及创新资源间交互与耦合变动情况，基于此提出不同阶段企业任务重点及区域创新平台提供支持的策略与服务特点。
區域創新平檯旨在整閤區域創新資源為企業創新提供服務支持。鑒于噹前平檯服務功能設計忽視其服務對象——企業實際需求的研究，本文在揭示企業創新實質的基礎上，確定企業創新資源種類，結閤生命週期理論，確定處于不同階段企業的創新資源擁有與需求情況及創新資源間交互與耦閤變動情況，基于此提齣不同階段企業任務重點及區域創新平檯提供支持的策略與服務特點。

Innovation resource is the foundation of enterprise＇s innovation, and the purpose of regional innovation platform is to offer service and support for enterprise innovation by integrating regional innovation resources. Current researches on platform service function design always ignore to study on its serving objects＇ real requirement. Therefore, the paper discovers enterprise innovation essence and confirms innovation resources category. Further, innovation resource owning and requiring condition as well as innovation resources interacting ＆ coupling condition of enterprise in different stage are confirmed based on life cycle theory. Accordingly, the important task of enterprise in different stage as well as regional platform supporting tactics and its servicing characteristics are put forward.
