基于2000年1月至2013年7月我国出口贸易的细分行业数据，本文对我国各行业出口汇率传递弹性进行测算，发现长期出口汇率传递效应的行业差别明显：机械运输业和电子电气业等高附加值行业的出口汇率传递弹性较大，存在过度传递，其它行业均存在不完全传递；各行业短期汇率传递弹性明显小于长期，我国出口贸易的汇率传递效应存在滞后性，也说明我国出口品的国际竞争力较弱，出口商只能通过长期缓慢的价格调整吸收汇率变动的成本，对于汇率的变化出口商仅在长期反映显著而在短期内并不显著。

Based on China＇s industrial trade data from January 2000 to July 2013, this paper estimated the exchange rate pass - through （ERPT） elasticity of export. It was found that there were clear differences in long - term export ERPT effect among industries. There was an excessive export transmission in machinery transport and electrical electronic in- dustries with high value - added while incomplete import transmission in other industries. The short - term ERPT elasticity was lower than the long - term one, which not only shows that the presence of the lag ERPT effect in export trade, but also shows that the international competitiveness of China＇s exports is weak. When the exchange rate fluctuated, export- ers could adjust prices slowly to absorb the cost of exchange rate changes, which made for exporters reflected significantly only in the long term, but is not significant in the short term.
