随着经济的发展,危险废弃物产量日益增加,如何合理安全地处理这些危险废弃物成为其管理的关键问题。风险性是危险废弃物运输同其他物品运输的重要区别,风险度量是危险废弃物运输管理的关键所在。在危险废弃物运输过程中,事故的发生可能对周围环境和人员造成损失,文章建立考虑事故发生概率以及影响后果的传统风险度量模型,将影响后果分为路上人口和非路上人口,并应用灰色关联度理论求解,得到人口风险最小的、合理的运输路径。

With the development of economics, the production of hazardous waste is increasing, and the key problem in the management of hazardous waste is how to deal with those waste safely. Risk is the key difference between the transportation of hazardous goods and other goods, and risk analysis is important in the management of hazardous waste. In the transportation of hazardous waste, the happening of accidents may cause the damage to the surrounding environment and endanger people's life. Considering the probability and consequence of accidents, the paper builds a population risk estimate model from the aspect of both on-road population and non-on-road population, and gets the route with minimum population risk by using grey correlation theory.
