Investigation and monitoring of contaminated sites is an important part of the site management, risk assessment and remediation. This paper introduces the stage of investigation and assessment at home and abroad, analysis of the domestic site investigation work mode and environment monitoring program, puts forward the existing common monitoring techniques, and summarizes the current research status of domestic survey and monitoring of contaminated sites.
