This paper analyzes the consumer's characters and channel attribute influence on consumer's channel select and enterprise decision. Considering the consumer satisfaction's heterogeneity with the different collection" channel's convenience, the paper constructs collectors' decision model under the duopoly condition, and deduces the collectors' market segments function, and concludes the collectors' equilibrium price and maximal profit. The author analyzes the influence of consumer's channel satisfaction and channel convenience parameters on the decision variable such as optimal collection price, equilibrium collector's market segments and maximal profit and which can provide reference to the collectors' operation decision.
