由于我国城市化进程加快,局部地区的生态环境负荷加重,出现了城市内涝增多,水体污染严重,淡水资源短缺等一些列问题。绿色雨水基础设施作为城市雨水系统的重要组成部分,对管理城市雨水、构建城市良性水循环,以及保护生态环境起着重要的作用。文章提出以绿色雨水基础设施为基础,构建即能有效管理雨水又具有独特愉悦体验的雨水景观,结合国外优秀案例说明雨水花园、绿色屋顶、绿色街道这三种典型设施的设计应用,总结了创新性雨水景观的设计策略。

With the rapid urbanization of China, a series of eco-environmental problems such as city waterlogging, water pollution and shortage of freshwater resources are more serious. As the important part of urban drainage system, green stormwater infrastructure plays a vital role in managing stormwater, establishing a healthy hydrological cycle and preserving the ecological environment. This paper states that we should apply GSI to construct innovative water landscape that combines the utility of stormwater management with the amenity of rich placemaking focused on the rainwear itself. It then explains the applications of rain garden, green street and green roof with practical cases, and summarizes the strategy of create innovative water landscape.
