美国农村学校文化伴随着美国农村学校合并运动的兴起变化而逐渐发展与丰富,其经历了初步融合阶段、稳步繁荣阶段、反躬自省阶段和百花齐放阶段。在发展过程中逐渐形成强制—融合模式、温和—渗透模式、鼓励—革新模式、小规模—多元化模式,折射出导向与选择并用、融合与独特并存、现代与乡土并行等特点,对我国当前城乡教育一体化背景下农村学校文化的发展具有一定借鉴意义。
美國農村學校文化伴隨著美國農村學校閤併運動的興起變化而逐漸髮展與豐富,其經歷瞭初步融閤階段、穩步繁榮階段、反躬自省階段和百花齊放階段。在髮展過程中逐漸形成彊製—融閤模式、溫和—滲透模式、鼓勵—革新模式、小規模—多元化模式,摺射齣導嚮與選擇併用、融閤與獨特併存、現代與鄉土併行等特點,對我國噹前城鄉教育一體化揹景下農村學校文化的髮展具有一定藉鑒意義。

American rural school culture has changed in the United States along with the rise of rural school consolidation movement and as it changes to progressive development and improvement, experienced initial integration phase,steady boom phase,introspection stage and flourishing stage. In the development process gradually formed forced- integration model, moderate- penetration model, encourage- innovation model and small scale- diversification mode, reflects the orientation and selection shared,integration with the unique coexistence,modern and native parallel and other characteristics. There will be some references to the development of the current rural school culture under the background of the integration of urban and rural education in China.
