铜矿是中国急需紧缺的矿产资源。从资源安全保障角度,针对中国铜矿资源禀赋、市场供需及产业发展的现状进行分析,指出中国铜矿产业发展中所存在的问题：产业链失衡和各级产业内部的结构性问题等。并从解决铜资源供应和铜冶炼加工环节的过多扩张导致的产业链不协调问题着手,提出中国铜矿产业安全、稳定、可持续发展的对策建议。
銅礦是中國急需緊缺的礦產資源。從資源安全保障角度,針對中國銅礦資源稟賦、市場供需及產業髮展的現狀進行分析,指齣中國銅礦產業髮展中所存在的問題：產業鏈失衡和各級產業內部的結構性問題等。併從解決銅資源供應和銅冶煉加工環節的過多擴張導緻的產業鏈不協調問題著手,提齣中國銅礦產業安全、穩定、可持續髮展的對策建議。
동광시중국급수긴결적광산자원。종자원안전보장각도,침대중국동광자원품부、시장공수급산업발전적현상진행분석,지출중국동광산업발전중소존재적문제：산업련실형화각급산업내부적결구성문제등。병종해결동자원공응화동야련가공배절적과다확장도치적산업련불협조문제착수,제출중국동광산업안전、은정、가지속발전적대책건의。
Cooper is a scarce and urgently needed resource in China. This paper,from the angle of resource security safeguard, analyzes the current situation of cooper endowment, market supply-demand and industry development,and points out the problems existing in the development of copper industry, such as the unbalance of industry chain and structural problems within the industry. Finally, from the solution of copper supply and the discordant of industry chain caused by the excessive expansion of copper smelting, this paper puts forward some countermeasures conducive to a secure, stable and sustainable development of China＇s copper industry.
