Teaching theory originated from the West, which has gradually formed three major schools. Germany, the United States and the Soviet Union in nearly 300 years of development history. Analysis of their theoretical system and evolution process can provide reference and enlightenment for the development and reform in the present domestic teaching practice and research. The study of its development history shows that the successful experience of Western teaching theory development are as follows: to carry out the experimental study deeply, to draw nutrition from psychology, to target conference guide and summary, and to train profound basic skills of philosophy.
