Tacit Knowledge Transferring ; Relation; Industry-University-Research Cooperation
借用费斯克的关系模式理论，归纳分析产学研主体间的关系，剖析产学研主体问关系对隐性知识转移的影响，并由此从关系层面构建产学研隐性知识的关系式转移模式。研究发现，产学研隐性知识的关系式转移存在交易式转移、互惠式转移以及信任式转移3种模式。
藉用費斯剋的關繫模式理論，歸納分析產學研主體間的關繫，剖析產學研主體問關繫對隱性知識轉移的影響，併由此從關繫層麵構建產學研隱性知識的關繫式轉移模式。研究髮現，產學研隱性知識的關繫式轉移存在交易式轉移、互惠式轉移以及信任式轉移3種模式。
차용비사극적관계모식이론，귀납분석산학연주체간적관계，부석산학연주체문관계대은성지식전이적영향，병유차종관계층면구건산학연은성지식적관계식전이모식。연구발현，산학연은성지식적관계식전이존재교역식전이、호혜식전이이급신임식전이3충모식。
To find the solution of ＂how to improve the relation of transferring tacit knowledge＂, it propose to analyze the re- lations of organizations in industry-university-research cooperation based on relational models theory by Fiske, and ex- plores the effect of relations among industry, university and research institutions on tacit knowledge transfer, then devel- ops the models of relational tacit knowledge transferring in industry-university-research cooperation. It finds out that： there are three models in tacit knowledge transferring in industry-university-research cooperation, which are trading trans- ferring, reciprocal transferring and trusted transferring.
