Ningxia Wuzhong aiming for beautiful China, beautiful Ningxia and beautiful Wuzhong, stick to imple- ment the strategy of ecological city, in accordance with requirements of the sound and rapid economic and social development, both at the economic construction, and building the ecological civilization; both building beautiful cities, beautiful countryside, and building a green home, livable home and spiritual home. The paper comprehen- sively summed up ecological civilization construction course, main achievements and experience and enlighten- ment since the reform and opening up, and then tasks and measures for future development are put forward.
