The strategic orientation ＂City with a Great Lake ＂ of Hefei conforms to the concept of ecological civilization, and also needs ecological culture as guidance and support. Ecological culture, on the one hand, serves as the organic composition and conception of ＂City with a Great Lake ＂, on the other hand, it is an important pivot in improving the comprehensive effect of ＂City with a Great Lake ＂. With the help of Hefei＇s advantages in natural and historical culture, we are able to cognize the ecological system characterized by ＂City with a Great Lake ＂, and cultivate the ecologica/consciousness of citizens. Besides, in order to safeguard the public participation in ecological cubture construction, we should further develop the relevant social operation mechanism and security system, which will facilitate the development of ecological cultural undertakings and industries.
