教学自主权是指教师对教学活动所包含的诸多要素施加的影响和控制。它主要包括教学目标调试权、教学内容选择权、教学方法确定权、教学过程调控权和教学效果评价权等,教师教学自主权的实现影响着学校课程改革的深度与广度。教师教学自主权的实现:需要提升教师教学自主意识;提高教师教学自主能力;赋权增能;营造教师合作文化。

Teaching autonomy is the influence and control that teachers exert to the elements in the teaching activities. It mainly includes the adaption of objectives, the option of content,the determination of methods, the regulation of process and the evaluation of effectiveness, and so on. The realization of the teaching autonomy influences the span and depth of the school curriculum reform. In order to realize the teaching autonomy, several measures must be taken: enhancing teachers teaching self-awareness ; improving teachers ability; empowerment ; creating a culturing of cooperation.
