近年来,中国知识产权贸易快速发展,但与知识产权贸易强国之间还存在着一定差距。文章比较了中国与其他各国的知识产权贸易竞争力,分析了中国知识产权贸易存在的问题。在此基础上,文章提出要提高教育支出,培养专业人才;鼓励知识产权相关及支持产业的发展;着力提高企业的自主创新精神,大力宣传知识产权保护的重要性,使知识产权保护意识深入人心,营造整个社会对知识产权的重视气氛。

Intellectual property trade developed rapidly in China, but its international competitiveness is not strong enough compared to other developed countries. In this paper, we compared China＇s international competitiveness of intellectual property trade between China and other countries, analyzed the existing problems and put forward some suggestions from the aspects of education, talent cultivation, improving relevant industries＇ development, promote innovation in enterprises. So as to make intellectual property protection a common mind to the society.
