This paper analyzes the internal tacit knowledge sharing in the software enterprise, studies the knowledge sharing in the process of knowledge innovation in the software development team. Through constructing a Stackelberg master-slave game model to research on knowledge sharing between a engineer and a programmer, according to the analysis of game result, solutions of the knowledge sharing obstacles in the software enterprise internal are put forward.
