我国民间金融（非正规金融）作为正规金融的有益补充,对民营经济的发展起到了重要推动作用,也是未来“财富金融”和“消费金融”的重要渠道。本文通过分析民间金融内生性和风险性探讨了其内在脆弱性,并通过借鉴欧美日民间金融成功模式和我国曾经实行的“价格双轨制”分析了“金融双轨制”的可行性和价值性,为民间金融阳光化模式提供借鉴或参考。

China＇s private financial （non-formal financial） as a useful supplement to formal finance in the development of the private economy, has played an important role in development. Through private finance and risk endogenous, this paper discusses its inherent fragility. By learning the mode of private finance mode of Europe, United States, Japan and our country＇s ＂Price Dual System＂, this paper analyzes the feasibility and value of ＂Financial Dual System＂ and provide a reference for the private finance development in China.
