通过对康德的实践自由与先验自由之间关系的存在论解读,海德格尔事实上解构了康德的自由的原因性概念内蕴的法则性,由此,康德那里与道德法则互相蕴含的实践自由概念事实上被转化为一种以无中创有(creation ex nihilo)的神圣意志为范本的激进的自由(创造性)。于是,康德以理性为核心的自由概念在海德格尔那里就转化为以意志为核心的自由概念,普遍法则性维度的失落使这一激进的自由概念失去了主体际性维度。但海德格尔的这一转化依然可以在康德那里找到根据,康德所强调的自由的自我立法性为自由概念向绝对自由意志的推进提供了可能性。通过对海德格尔与康德自由概念进行存在论分析,我们希望同时增进对康德与海德格尔的自由概念及两者之间联系的理解。

In this essay,the author will try to show that through his ontological interpretation of Kant's practical freedom in its connection with transcendental freedom as it is presented in his Critique of Pure Reason,Heidegger in fact deconstructed the law implicated in Kant's concept of the causality of freedom. Consequently,Kant's freedom which is mutually implicated with moral law is transformed into a radicalized conception of freedom,which is modeled after the theological idea of creation ex nihilo. This radical interpretation,however,draws on Kant's emphasis of the transcendental character of freedom and correspondingly,the idea of moral autonomy. Therefore,by an analysis of Heidegger's interpretation,it is attempted to throw a light on both Kant's concept of freedom and that of Heidegger's,as well as their inner connection.
