玩耍是儿童的天性,儿童想象力、创造力的发展离不开玩耍。儿童成长过程中应当重视玩商的培育。人本主义、积极心理学以及休闲学为玩商提供了坚实的理论基础。当今儿童玩商状况总体低下,不敢玩、没空玩、不会玩,却也“玩”得狠。培育儿童玩商可从四个维度入手:引导儿童形成健康的玩商概念;家长更新教育观念,形成理性的可持续的教子意识;学校利用自身优势,有效促进儿童玩商的提高;社会全力营造尊重鼓励儿童玩乐的氛围。以期构建立体、和谐的教育场。

Play is the nature of children and children' s imagination, creativity and development cannot leave lrom the play. Play quotient should be paid great attention to in children' s growing up. Humanism, positive psychology, and leisure to learn to play business provide a solid theoretical basis. Play quotient condition is overall low: today' s children can' t play, have no time to play, don' t know how to play, but also “play” hard. Cultivation of children' s play quotient can be from four dimensions: guiding the children to form the concept of health quotient; parents' renewing education idea, forming a rational sustainable godson consciousness; schools' taking their own advantages to promote children' s play, society' s improving the atmosphere to respect and encourage children' s play, in order to build the three-dimensional and harmonious education field.
