步入新时期,我国正面临着高素质、创新型、专业化教师队伍建设的重要课题。构建师范大学、教育行政部门、中小学校三方合作的教师教育共同体是实现优质教师队伍建设的有效途径。三方合作的教师教育共同体有利于提高师范生培养质量、提升在职教师培训成效、促进教育资源整合、开展教育科研合作研究、凸显教育行政部门教育职责,对高素质、创新型、专业化教师培养产生了积极推动作用,成为“转型期”我国教师教育领域一个新的可行性探索。
步入新時期,我國正麵臨著高素質、創新型、專業化教師隊伍建設的重要課題。構建師範大學、教育行政部門、中小學校三方閤作的教師教育共同體是實現優質教師隊伍建設的有效途徑。三方閤作的教師教育共同體有利于提高師範生培養質量、提升在職教師培訓成效、促進教育資源整閤、開展教育科研閤作研究、凸顯教育行政部門教育職責,對高素質、創新型、專業化教師培養產生瞭積極推動作用,成為“轉型期”我國教師教育領域一箇新的可行性探索。

Education is of vital importance in carrying out a long- term project and teachers in education. In the new period, China is faced with the important subject of building a high - quality, innovative and professional teachers team. The collabora- tive teacher education community composed of the normal university, educational administrative department and primary and mid- dle schools is an effective way to solve this subject. It is conducive to improving the quality of normal students education and ef- fectiveness of in - service teacher training, promoting the integration of educational resources and education cooperative scientific research and also highlighting the responsibility of educational administrative departments. In fact, it has produced positive effects on enhancing high - quality, innovative and professional teacher training and become a new feasible way in the exploration of China's teacher education in the new period.
