本研究旨在调查和发现二语水平和双语词汇语义关系类型对中国外语学习者翻译词汇表征通达的认知影响。为此,研究者就不同二语水平者的“对译”和“联想”两种语义关系类型之翻译通达效应设计了两项实验任务。根据反应时和准确率的数据结果,研究者归纳出两点发现和推断:1)翻译通达加工速度存在“非对称性”和语义关系类型的“非同一性”特征;2)两种词汇语义关系类型表征的通达质量呈现“非对称性”和“趋同性”。最后,研究者根据上述发现和推断构建了二语词汇语义通达的分布式非对称“趋同”模型。

This paper aims at investigating the effect of L2 proficiency and bilingual word-meaning relation types on word trans- lation by Chinese EFL learners of two different proficiency levels. To reach this orientation, the authors designed two experi- ments testing the effect of different L2 proficiency levels and word-meaning relation types on accessing two types of words - "translation equivalent words" and "meaning associated words" in translation. According to the results from the experiments in terms of response time and access accuracy, the authors finally arrive at two inductive conclusions that : 1 ) there exist "a- symmetry" in translation accessing speed of the two types of words, and "non-identity" in word-meaning relation types ; 2 ) there also exist "asymmetry" and "tendency to identity" in accessing quality of two types of meaning-related words, on which a tentative distributed asymmetric model of "tendency to identity" is proposed.
