Local culture is the foundation of local literature,local literature is the most significant legacies of local culture,local public libraries take part in the local culture construction by collecting,reorganizing,conserving,developing,utilizing and inheriting the local culture. This paper has done some cursory researches on the ways and strategies of local cultural inheritance by local public libraries. 8 refs.
