采用心理评价法和认知地图法这两种主观评价法，对重庆市的3条生活性街道进行了实地调研，从而得出街道美景的物质环境特征。研究表明：街道空间序列的统一与变化、视线控制的集中与开放、绿化水体的适度丰富与多样、街道色彩的统一与搭配、街道立面的通透与拓展、街道文化的表现与传承、街道设施的设计与布局是街道美景的重要特征，可以提升街道的吸引力；机动交通的过量与过快、道路表面的脏乱和人群的拥挤对街道美景的营造具有消极的影响，会降低街道的吸引力。

In this essay, two subjective evaluation methods including psychology evaluation method and cognitive maps evaluation method were used to explore the impact of objective environmental factors on scenic beauty of street through the survey of three living streets of Chongqing. The results show that unity and change of street space sequence, centralization and openness of sight control, richness and diversity of green and water, uniformity and match of street color, transparence and expansion of the street facade, performance and heritage of street culture, design and layout of street furniture are the important features of scenic beauty of street, which enhance the attractiveness of the streets. However, excess and rapidity of motorized transport, dirty and crowded streets have negative impacts on scenic beauty of street, which reduce the attractiveness of the streets.
