以武汉市1995—2012年问的相关数据为基础，构建了城市居民非经济福利指标体系并进行综合测度，利用协整检验、误差修正模型、格兰杰因果检验等方法，探讨了城市土地扩张对城市居民非经济福利的影响方向及程度。结果表明，城市土地扩张对城市居民非经济福利的改善具有明显的正向效应，但居民非经济福利提升对城市土地扩张的促进效应并不显著；就单项福利而言，城市土地扩张对城市居民交通福利的影响程度最为明显，其次是居住福利，最后是环境福利。

Based on the data from 1995 to 2012 in Wuhan City, this essay constructs the index system and comprehen- sive measure of city residents＇ non - economic welfare, and discusses the impacts of the urban land expansion on the direction and extent of city residents＇ non - economic welfare by co - integration, error correction model, Granger causality tests and so on. Results indicate that city land expansion has significant pos- itive effect on the improvement of city residents＇ non - economic welfare, but the advance of non - economic welfare does not have a striking influence on the urban land expansion＇ s promotion. In terms of the individual welfare, urban land expansion has the most obvious degree of influence on city residents traffic welfare, which followed by housing welfare and the environmental benefits.
