全面有效地回收处理废弃家用电器（以下简称“废弃家电”）符合中国推进循环经济的战略,具有环境友好与资源节约的意义,也是建设生态文明的重要方面。文章试图从分析回收渠道功能的角度,梳理重点建设的废弃家电回收渠道的种类。这有助于解决困扰中国的废弃家电回收渠道不畅;“多渠道回收”市场局面混乱;不正规处理泛滥、严重损害环境的问题。着重分析废弃家电回收渠道应具备的四项功能：集聚、去向限制、节约建设与维护费用、创造就业岗位。在此基础上提出了“规范旧货流通者回收,逐步强化公共事业部门回收,动员和开发零售商回收”作为回收渠道建设的构想。

In China, effective collection and treatment of waste household appliances （WHA） obey the national development strategy of promoting circular economy, in favor of environment protection and resource saving, and also are an important aspect in establishing ecological civilization. This article aims to clarify the main WHA collection channels to be developed in China in the perspective of channel function, which helps to solve the problem of ineffective collection leading to informal treatment accompanied by uncontrolled pollution release and waste of resource. Four functions of WHA channels are identified： WHA concentration, direction restriction on WHA flow, cost saving on construction and maintenance, and creating job opportunities. Based on the foregoing analysis, suggestions on WHA collection channels are put forward： regulating the channel of second-hand appliances＇ dealers, strengthening the channel of public utilities, and encouraging the channel of household appliances＇ retailers.
