基于广东省7个地级市216位农民创业者的问卷调查数据,实证分析了人格特质对农民创业绩效的影响及其人力资本的调节作用。结果表明,大五人格特质中的外倾性、情绪稳定性和尽责性特质对农民创业绩效具有显著正向影响;人力资本在尽责性和外倾性特质与农民创业绩效的关系中起显著正向调节作用。提出农民创业者应该重视人格特质的培养,加大教育、培训、实践经验等方面的人力资本投入;政府部门必须健全农民创业者的职业教育与培训体系,激励有条件的农民积极投身于创业事业。
基于廣東省7箇地級市216位農民創業者的問捲調查數據,實證分析瞭人格特質對農民創業績效的影響及其人力資本的調節作用。結果錶明,大五人格特質中的外傾性、情緒穩定性和儘責性特質對農民創業績效具有顯著正嚮影響;人力資本在儘責性和外傾性特質與農民創業績效的關繫中起顯著正嚮調節作用。提齣農民創業者應該重視人格特質的培養,加大教育、培訓、實踐經驗等方麵的人力資本投入;政府部門必鬚健全農民創業者的職業教育與培訓體繫,激勵有條件的農民積極投身于創業事業。
기우광동성7개지급시216위농민창업자적문권조사수거,실증분석료인격특질대농민창업적효적영향급기인력자본적조절작용。결과표명,대오인격특질중적외경성、정서은정성화진책성특질대농민창업적효구유현저정향영향;인력자본재진책성화외경성특질여농민창업적효적관계중기현저정향조절작용。제출농민창업자응해중시인격특질적배양,가대교육、배훈、실천경험등방면적인력자본투입;정부부문필수건전농민창업자적직업교육여배훈체계,격려유조건적농민적겁투신우창업사업。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of 216 farmer entrepreneurs from 7 cities in Guangdong province, this paper analyzes the effects of personality traits on farmers ＇ entrepreneurial performance and the moderating role of human capital. The result shows that extraversion, emotional stability and conscientiousness of ＂Big Five＂ have positive effects on farmers＇ entrepreneurial performance; human capital positively moderates the relationships between conscientiousness and extraversion of ＂Big Five＂ and farmer＇s entrepreneurial performance. Therefore, farmer entrepreneurs should pay more attention to the cultivation of their own personality traits, the increase of investment in human capital of education, training and practical experience. Government must improve its vocational education and training system of farmer entrepreneurs and encourage more and more farmers to devote themselves to entrepreneurial careers.
