目前,一些地方旅游资源在粗放式经济、盲目开发等不合理利用下正受到损害,因此,促使了旅游可持续发展理论体系的形成与应用,合理的开发离不开可持续发展观念的渗透.持续发展的涵义有3个最基本的点：一是公平性原则;二是持续性原则;三是共同性原则.旅游可持续发展是人类进行游览活动与社会环境系统关系变化的一种规范.文化旅游的市场潜力无限,只开发角度新颖、形式多样、内容健康,充分挖掘独特的民族文化精髓,可供利用的资源将会取之不尽、用之不竭.
