通过文献资料、访谈及数理统计法,从社会分层的视角对我国退役精英运动员的再就业现状进行分析。研究发现：我国退役精英运动员在体育行业内实现再就业的比例较高且职业地位属于专业技术人员阶层者最多;男性获得的职业地位优于女性;来自城市家庭者再就业状况总体优于来自农村家庭者;具有较高社会阶层背景者的职业地位优于较低社会阶层背景者;运动成绩较为突出者职业地位相对优越,但在同档次运动成绩获得者中,再就业的状况存在很大的差异;文化程度较高者的职业地位优于较低者;不同项目退役精英运动员再就业的职业地位差异较大;伤病、残疾、较低的文化程度是导致退役精英运动员流入社会底层的主要因素,现行体制是造成再就业差异的深层原因。

This paper, with the methods of literature review, interview and mathematic statistics, has analyzed the reemployment status quo of retired elite athletes in China under social stratification. The findings show that there is a high proportion of reemployment for retired elite athletes, most of whom are professional technicians of sport in addition. Secondly, male athletes have priority in processional status than female athletes, so do the athletes from urban background than from rural background, from the higher socials stratum than from lower social stratum; and so do the more remarkable achievement holder than the ordinary achievement holder. On the other hand, however, there is a marked difference of reemployment for the athletes with the same achievement. Thirdly, there is a higher reemployment for the athlete with better education than with poor education and a big different status of reemployment for athletes from different sport events. Finally, the study holds that injury, disability and low education background are the main reasons leading to the social bottom for retired elite athletes while the current system is the deeper reason for the reemployment difference.
