通过文献梳理和理论归纳,抽象出要素市场扭曲抑制中国工业企业生产效率的传导机制模型。运用2005-2010规模以上工业企业面板数据,采用随机前沿分析法首先测度了中国工业企业的生产效率,结果表明,中国工业企业平均生产效率达到59.89%,尚有近40%的可提升空间。进一步运用中介效应检验的方法检验了市场化进程、企业R&D投入和企业经营管理水平的中介效应,结果显示,企业R&D投入和市场化进程中介效应显著,即要素市场扭曲以企业R&D投入和市场化进程为传导抑制了工业企业生产效率,而企业经营管理水平的中介效应不显著。进一步市场化改革的政策导向是通过加快要素市场的市场化进程,促进企业R&D投入,提高市场化水平,提升工业企业生产效率。

Through literature review and theoretical induction, a model is formed in terms of how the transmission mechanism of China' s industrial enterprises' production efficiency has been inhibited by factor market distortion. By using the panel data of industrial enterprises of designated size in 2005-2010 and through adopting stochastic frontier analysis method, China' s industrial enterprises' production efficiency is analyzed in the first place. The result shows that the average production efficiency of China' s industrial enterprises has reached 59.89%, with nearly 40% to be improved. Then the mediating effects of the marketing activities, the investment in R&D, and the management level are tested by using the corresponding methods. The result shows that the mediating effect of the marketing activities and the investment in R&D functions remarkably, while the mediating effect of the enterprise management level is not obvious.
