天然气价格长期偏低,市场上进口天然气价格与国内天然气销售价格倒挂,导致天然气经营商利润无法得到保障,影响天然气市场健康发展。在梳理我国天然气价格构成的基础上,借鉴发达国家天然气定价机制经验,研究了我国天然气定价机制改革面临的主要困境,进而提出了相关政策建议。

The price of natural gas is low for a long time, while the market price of natural gas imported and domestic natural gas sales prices went upside down, leading to the gas operators profits can not be guaranteed, which affected the healthy development of China＇s natural gas market. Based on combing China＇s natural gas price constitution and relevant experiences from developed countries, this paper studies the main dilemma of the pricing mechanism reform and puts forward relevant policy suggestion.
