The implementation of ecological compensation for key ecological function area, and the coordination of profit between the implementer and beneficiaries of ecological recovery and protection is the international common method, which is beneficial to motivate the activity for residents to join the ecological protection and increase the ecological protection effect. Based on the presentation of China＇s enlightenment from the ecological compensation mechanism of foreign developed countries, studies the main existing problems in China, and puts forward the countermeasures.
