Cost is the basic standard to measure the management efficiency of enterprise production, and reasonable cost control is the important connotation of enterprise development. E-commerce is the most popular business type, brings good econonfic profit to enterprises and proposes to how to effectively control the e-commerce cost. Based on analyzing the cost proportion of e-commerce, this paper studies the principle, method of the e-commerce cost control and the existing main problems in cost control, and puts forward suggestions to upgrade the cost control level.
