从文化观念与保护意识、文化元素与现代创意、文化表现与科技手段、文化产品与商业模式四大结合对国内外文化旅游业发展经验作出梳理,并结合皖北地区实际,提出挖掘文化旅游资源的历史价值、建立皖北文化旅游带、规范旅游业市场秩序、运用现代科技进行营销创新、建设一体化主题公园、发现并推动旅游新需求形成、培养旅游专业人才等7条富有针对性的政策建议。

Based on the review of experiences in the development of cultural tourism at home and abroad from four combinations of cultural values and protective consciousness,cultural elements and modern creations,cultural expression and technologies,cultural products and business models,after analysing the fact of Northern Anhui,this paper puts forward seven suggestions including mining historical values of cultural resources,establishing a zone of cultural tourism in Northern Anhui,regulating the market order in tourism,using modern technologies to make marketing innovations,building some integrate theme parks,discovering and promoting new demands of tourists,culturing professionals for tourism.
