近年来,国企高管薪酬管理的不合理性已成广大民众关注的焦点,其中定薪的反市场化、缺乏科学依据、与业绩关联度低等问题低尤为突出。通过分析国企高管薪酬管理中定薪原则的伪市场性、定薪主体的非市场性、定薪额度的违市场性,探索了"市场决定性作用"下的国企高管薪酬改革的思路在于:重新认清国企高管的身份、明确国企高管的职责、紧抓国企高管薪酬改革的关键、强化国企高管薪酬改革的落实。

In recent years,remuneration management of state-owned enterprise executives has become the concerned focus of general public,especially formulating remuneration has not marketization and scientific basis.By analyzed the non-marketing of formulating remuneration in remuneration management of state-owned enterprise executives,the author explored the method of remuneration reform of state-owned enterprise executives after"decisive effect of market"is recognizing the identity of state-owned enterprise executives again,determining the responsibility of state-owned enterprise executives,tightly grasping the key of remuneration reform of state-owned enterprise executives,intensifying the execution remuneration reform of state-owned enterprise executives.
