In recent years, interdisciplinary collaboration research has gradually become the mainstream trend of modem science to solve the problem of important scientific research innovation, and interdisciplinary research organization is an important feature of organization innovation in the intemational top universities. This paper, from the perspective of coopetition interaction, discusses the dynamics of interdisciplinary research organizations in higher education institutions, which includes proprietary knowledge competitivencss of discipline, power of knowledge to transfer among disciplines, power of collaboration among disciplines, impetus of interdisciplinary tasks. And this paper also reveals the collaborative innovation process of interdisciplinary research organizations, which starts from seeking the differential advantage among disciplines, and then breaking the disciplinary boundaries, and then making knowledge interactive symbiosis, and realizing the value creation.
