随着高校校院两级管理模式不断深入,学院办公室成为二级学院管理工作的中心枢纽,其管理职能的要素渗透到教学、科研、党政管理等各项工作中,管理工作中也出现了新特点、新状况,管理任务更加复杂、繁重。在新形势下,如何加强学院办公室管理工作,以便能更好地服务教学、科研、人才培养是本文研究的重点。

As the Two - level Administration System is carried out continuously, college offices then serve as the center of the administration pattern, whose management function covers various aspects, such as teaching, research, management and the Party work, they are facing some new characteristics and conditions in the more complicated and tough management tasks. Under the new circumstances, this paper, therefore, focuses on the way to reinforce the management of the college offices so as to better serve teaching, research and talents cultivation.
