Innovation and entrepreneurship cultivation is the important measures for talent cultivation in college. Taking as example the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the undergraduates in Heilongjiang Institute of Technology, the paper expounds the concept, cultivating modes and guarantee mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education with the purposes to cultivate applied talents, which provides an operable way to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied colleges and universities.
