为了给大学生提供更有实效的创业教育训练,提高新世纪大学生创业素质,对大学生创业倾向与人格特质关系进行了实证研究。选用人格问卷和创业倾向调查问卷,对375名大学生进行调查。研究结果表明：女性的创新导向和个人控制明显强于男性;在人格特质的适应性中,强适应性的人较弱适应性的人有更强的创新导向、成就导向。强适应性的人没有弱适应性的人有责任感、个人控制强;人格特质中的开放性越高,大学生的责任感越低;人格特质中的利他性越高,大学生创业倾向中的创新导向、个人控制、自我尊重、责任感越强;人格特质中的道德感越强,大学生的创新导向越强。

An empirical study has been carried out to analyze the interrelationship between college students＇ entrepreneurship tendency and their personality, thus providing more effective entrepreneurship training for college students and improve their entrepreneurship quality. 375 college students are involved as the samples to respond to the Personality Questionnaire and Entrepreneurship Tendency Questionnaire. As is demonstrated in the findings, females show their superiority to males in terms of innovation and selfcontrol. The samples of intermediate and high adaptation capability enjoy stronger tendency of innovation and achievement, while they are less responsible and self - disciplined. Those of a high level of openness tend to be less responsible, and high level of altruism means a stronger ability of innovation, self - control, self - esteem and responsibility. The higher morality college students tend to h：tve, the more innovative they will be.
