高校研究生思想政治理论课(以下简称“思政课”)承担着传播党的创新理论成果、培养研究生社会主义核心价值观和解决研究生思想困惑、促进研究生健康成长等任务,但是目前高校研究生思政课存在实效性不强的问题,与党的要求、社会的期望、研究生的健康成长还存在一定的距离。文章采用调查研究的方法,实证性地考察了黑龙江省高校研究生思政课建设中存在的问题,分析了其中的各种原因,并且提出了进一步解决的对策。通过研究发现,高校研究生思政课存在教学规模不均衡、课程设置和机构设置不规范、师生比不合理、教学班级过大等问题,解决的办法是要在全社会营造良好的氛围和风气,加强研究生思政课的机构和平台建设,加强研究生思政课相关制度和机制建设,提高研究生思政课教师队伍的素质,加强研究生思政课实践教学。

It plays a very important role for ideology and polities education of postgraduate students not only to propagate Marxist theories innovated by the Communist Party of China, but also to solve the socialist core values and ideological confusion, as well as to promote the growth of graduate students and many other tasks. However, the ideology and politics course can hardly meet the needs of the Party and the expectation of the people and it can hardly help the growth of the young. The paper, by means of qualitative research, investigates the problems occurring in the course of ideology and politics theory in Heilongiiang Province, analyzes the reasons and puts forward the corresponding solutions. The findings indicate that the teaching scale is not balanced, curriculum is not reasonably made, the teaching staff and the teaching institution are not established properly, teacher - student ratio is irrational, teaching classes are too large, etc. The solution includes creating a good atmosphere in the whole society, promoting the development of the ideology and politi,;s course, reinforcing the construction of the teaching platform and institutions, emphasizing the establishment of related systems and mechanisms, improving the quality of teachers, and strengthening practices.
