建构和谐干群关系新常态下,无锡市对于践行群众路线典型培育作了有益探索,包括华西村“发展靠村民、成果分村民”、水秀社区“服务零距离工作法”、红豆集团“党建与盈利”双发展等群众路线典型培育,其探索成果可总结为“嵌入式”群众路线典型实践模式。培育＂嵌入式＂群众路线典型实践模式,有助于实现被“嵌入”的“有形组织”发挥组织功能“正能量”,建构被“嵌入”的“组织环境”营造践行群众路线“民文化”,规范被“嵌入”的“组织行为”形成制度性的“心共识”。

Under the construction of the new normal model of harmonious relationship between cadres and masses,Wuxi city for the practice of the mass line of typical cultivation made beneficial exploration, including ＂the development relies on the villagers, and the achievements are given to them＂ in Huaxi Village, ＂zero distance service methods＂ in Shuixiu community, ＂dual development of party construction and profit＂ in Hongdou Group, which are summarized as ＂embedded＂ mass line typical practice.The cultivation of ＂embedded＂mass line typical practice mode, through the＂mass line＂concept of value and effective＂embeddedness＂, helps to achieve ＂embedded＂in the＂visible organization＂ making use of the function of organization ＂positive energy＂, construct ＂embedded organizational environment＂ creating ＂folk culture＂ of mass line practice, and standardize ＂embedded organizational behavior＂ forming ＂the consensus of heart＂ of the system.
