随着教育研究由探究普适性的教育规律转向寻求情景化的教育意义,教师研究的异质性、情景性、实践性等特点和叙事研究“多重解释”、“以事明理”、“自下而上”的研究取向发生了必然的联系。与此同时,多媒体组合又以其独有的描述方式增进叙事意义的理解和诠释,微课引起了越来越多的教育研究者的关注,教育叙事研究的数字化倾向也越来越明显。教师研究的特质和教学知识的现实需要,使教师运用微课手段开展教育叙事研究成为一种风尚。微课不但是叙事研究的形式,也是教师研究的结果。教师作为微课设计、开发和应用的主体,其研究能力直接影响到微课的应用水平和层次,决定着未来的发展趋向。

With educational research transforming from the ubiquitous educational principle to the educational significance in the situation, there is certain connection between the teachers research's heterogeneity, situational, practical features and the "multiple interpretations", "reasonable", "from-bottom-to-top" research orientation of narrative research. At the same time, multimedia and its unique way of describing enhance the understanding and interpretation of narrative significance. More and more attention from educational researchers is focused on "micro lecture", and the tendency toward digitalization in educational narrative research is increasingly obvious. Speciality of teachers research and the realistic demand of teaching knowledge make the means teachers use "micro lecture" to carry out the educational narrative research craze. "Micro lecture" is not only the form of narrative research, but also the result of teachers reserach. Teachers are the main body of the "small class" design, development and application, and their research capacities directly affect the "micro lecture" practice ability, determine development trend in future.
