地方高校创业教育转型发展体现在创业教育的目标导向、创业教育教学体系、创业实践平台、制度与文化支持等四个维度，即为创业教育体系的形成设计良好的制度基础、明确的发展目标和面向全体学生的大众化创业教育。在高等教育变革的推动和社会环境变化的拉动下，地方高校、企业、科研机构、政府、社会组织之间需要形成互动共享的创业教育参与机制，最终形成以创新驱动为导向的地方高校创业教育发展模式。
地方高校創業教育轉型髮展體現在創業教育的目標導嚮、創業教育教學體繫、創業實踐平檯、製度與文化支持等四箇維度，即為創業教育體繫的形成設計良好的製度基礎、明確的髮展目標和麵嚮全體學生的大衆化創業教育。在高等教育變革的推動和社會環境變化的拉動下，地方高校、企業、科研機構、政府、社會組織之間需要形成互動共享的創業教育參與機製，最終形成以創新驅動為導嚮的地方高校創業教育髮展模式。
지방고교창업교육전형발전체현재창업교육적목표도향、창업교육교학체계、창업실천평태、제도여문화지지등사개유도，즉위창업교육체계적형성설계량호적제도기출、명학적발전목표화면향전체학생적대음화창업교육。재고등교육변혁적추동화사회배경변화적랍동하，지방고교、기업、과연궤구、정부、사회조직지간수요형성호동공향적창업교육삼여궤제，최종형성이창신구동위도향적지방고교창업교육발전모식。
The transformation and development of entrepreneurship education in local universities are embodied in four dimensions, that is, taking local demands as the guidance, taking teaching as the main channel, entrepreneurial practice platform, and institutional and cultural support, which design the better institutional foundation, clear development goal and popularized entrepreneurship education for the entrepreneurship education system. Due to the drive of higher education reform and the changes of social environment, local universities, enterprises, research institutions, local governments, and social organizations need to form an interactive and sharing participation system on entrepreneurship education, and finally form a development mode with innovation as an orientation on entrepreneurship education in local universities.
