在具有浓厚地域特性的中国回族文化板块结构中，西北地区回族文化不仅是一个重要的构成部分，也是中国回族文化特征最为丰富的一个文化板块。西北回族文化在彰显其鲜明地域性特质同时，在明清时期逐渐形成了西北回族的“文化中心”，并以其旺盛的文化传统的发明和再造力形塑着西北回族的文化模式，其文化辐射的效益在西北回族文化板块内部构造了中心与周边的文化传播的事实。在清同治年间，实现了由关中至河湟的时空位移，这种看似具有历史偶然性的文化时空位移现象，背后却具有着历史必然性。

In the culture blocks structure ,which has great regional characteristics ,of Chinese Hui Nationality, the culture of northwest Hui nationality is the important part of it, and also the most abundant one. It gradually formed the ＂culture center＂ during Ming and Qing dynasty and shaped the culture mode of northwest with its vigorous invention of culture tradition and reconstruction power, its cuhural influence produced cultural transmission in the center of northwest Hui nationality culture block structure and around it .During the reign of Tongzhi, the space-time transfer of it from Guanzhong to Hehuang region was realized, the seemingly historical accidental phenomenon of cultural transfer has its historical inevitability actually.
